Covid-19 Vaccination Verification feature

Does your state/country require vaccination verification? Would you like to track vaccinations in your PT business?

This tutorial will walk through how to enable and manage vaccine verifications. Clients can update their vaccination status themselves through the client online portal as well!

Step 1: Enable Verification by going to Settings > Other > Covid-19 Vaccine Verification

Step 2: Upload Documents: Staff users can upload the document through the client's profile in the admin site or a client can upload through the online client portal.

As a Staff/PT user:

  • Go to Clients > Client Management > Find the Client > Click on Client Name to navigate to their profile

  • Click on the Vaccine Verification tab

  • Optional: Have clients send the vaccination certification

  • Optional: Click Upload certificate/document & Add in the file

  • Tick client is "...is vaccine verified" checkbox

NOTE: if you are in an area where the vaccination record is digital and you are not required to maintain a copy of it, then you can simply tick "...is Vaccine Verified".

The Client is now Vaccine Verified & will display a green verification badge with checkmark next to their name throughout PTminder.
