Depending on your settings, PTminder sends out emails to your clients for things like bookings, session reminders, payment receipts, invoices, waiting list notifications, packages/memberships running out, etc.
You can customise what content goes in these 18 emails by heading to the Settings area, then the Templates tab:
As you run through each email template, you can edit the contents and it'll show a preview underneath. We use special 'placeholders' which represents certain information, you can view these in the 'Show placeholder that can be used' button:
If you mess anything up, don't worry you can always revert back to the default templates by clicking the 'Reset to Default' button underneath each email.
