Depending on where you are in the world, you would either use the Metric measurement system (kg, cm) or the Imperial measurement system (lb, inches). We even have a mix of both, as we're all a little different!

You can easily change this in your PTminder account by heading to your Account Settings and setting your preference in the 'Measurement system' dropdown:
