PTminder's client records include all of the usual information you'd expect to be able to capture from your clients (names, numbers, birthdays etc.). However should you ever need to create your own custom fields to capture other specific information, you can do this by following these steps:
Head to the Clients area, then edit any client. Under the 'Additional Info' section, select the "+ Add Custom Field" option, as seen in this example:
You can then set your own label name and save e.g:
Now it's available as a new field e.g:
The new custom field you've created is now available across all client profiles and you can optionally enable it as a required field to fill in on your Client Signup Forms.
