In the Payroll Reporting section, you can find a number of payroll reports to help you understand how you calculate what to pay your staff.
The Payroll reports are calculated using the 'Pay Rates' set for each staff/trainer. These rates can be found in the Settings > Trainers area when editing a trainer account:
Here is a summary of what each report provides:
The Payroll Summary report provides an overview of each staff/trainer with the total calculated pay amounts across all Classes, Sessions, Services, Hours and Salary.
The 'By Class' report provides a summary and a breakdown of each staff/trainer with their Total Classes, Total Attendance Average Class Size, Total Price and Trainer Payout amounts.
The 'By Session' report provides a summary and a breakdown of each staff/trainer with their Total Sessions, Total Price and Trainer Payout amounts.
The 'By Service' report provides a summary and a breakdown of each staff/trainer who have assigned any 'Services' (being Packages/Memberships/Products sold). The report calculates the total Trainer Payout based on the set rates.
The 'By Hours' report provides a summary and a breakdown of each staff/trainer with their total hours worked, with a calculation on the total trainer payout.
The 'By Salary' report provides a calculation for each trainer's payment due based on their salary Amount and Frequency.
