Establishment Fee
The Establishment Fee refers to Debitsuccess's registration fee. All new client registrations are required to pay this fee. It can be shouldered by the Trainer/Facility or passed on to the client. This fee is set to be paid by the client by default. If the Trainer/Facility wants to shoulder this fee, then please contact your Debitsuccess Account Manager.

Joining Fee
The Joining Fee refers to the registration fee that the facility/trainer can charge on top of the DebitSuccess Establishment Fee, as part of client initial registration. If the Trainer/Facility wants to add a joining fee, then please contact your Debitsuccess Account Manager.

Transaction Fee
The Transaction Fee refers to the fee charged at every transaction. By default, Transaction Fees are set to be paid by the Trainer/Facility. If the Trainer/Facility wants to pass this onto their clients, then they should increase their service fee accordingly to cover it. Please note that Debitsuccess has different rates for Bank Account, Credit Card and AmEx. Therefore, the Trainer/Facility should always consider their client's payment method when calculating their service fee if they want to pass on the transaction fee to the client.

Dishonour Fee
The Dishonour Fee refers to the penalty charge added on top of the client's regular payment whenever their transaction declines due to insufficient funds.
