There are 2 ways to renew or extend a client's 'minimum' and 'fixed' Debitsuccess Contract:

Debitsuccess Method

The Trainer/Facility can submit a completed and signed 'Contract Variation Form' directly to requesting the renewal/extension of the client's contract. This process won't charge the client a new 'Establishment Fee'.

PTminder Method 

PTminder doesn't have the ability to renew/extend a client's minimum contract in Debitsuccess. The only way is to completely cancel down the client's current Debitsuccess contract by using the 'Remove DebitSuccess for Client' button found within the client's Debitsuccess profile. However please note that if you do this then the client will be charged a new 'Establishment Fee' when you add them back in to a new contract.
