Sometimes clients can slip off the radar, they may not have any upcoming bookings with you and they may not have had any take place for a while either.

With PTminder you can setup an automatic notification so that you are alerted via email when a client hasn't been active for a period of time that you determine.
This gives you the opportunity to re-engage with that client and help them get back on board training with you.

To activate this notification, head to the Settings area, then the Notifications tab.
Within the 'Other Notifications' section, there's an option for "Notify these recipients when an 'active status' client hasn't had any bookings for the last X days (and also has no future bookings)"
Set this to the number of days you prefer, choose which trainers you'd like the notification to go to, then save your settings and you're set!
