Trainers and clients have the ability to record their workouts, which is great for tracking their progress and to see results over time.

Below you can find how to do this, both as a Trainer and a Client....
 

As a Trainer

In the Client Management area, edit a client then go to the 'Workouts' tab.
Next to the assigned workout, click on the red 'Record a Workout' button, as demonstrated in the example screenshot below:

You will be presented with the exercises, where you can alter the values to what actually occurred during the workout. You can also 'Use Previous Recorded Workout' to quickly pre-populate the workout values with your most recent previous workout, to use as a base-line and save you time.

Once you've recorded workouts, full history is available to look back on, and the data is plotted onto graphs for easy progress tracking.


As a Client

Sign in to the Client Area, then head to the Workouts tab to view your assigned workouts. From here, click the red 'RECORD WORKOUT' button

You will be presented with the exercises, where you can alter the values to what actually occurred during the workout. You can also 'Use Previous Recorded Workout' to quickly pre-populate the workout values with your most recent previous workout, to use as a base-line and save you time.

Once you've recorded workouts, full history is available to look back on, and the data is plotted onto graphs for easy progress tracking.
