This article explains how you can Edit or Cancel your Client's Active Membership Periods.
How to edit charges and scheduled payments
Go to the Clients tab then select the Edit button to pull up your client's profile. Next select the 'Package/Membership/Prod' tab:
2) Click the Edit link under your membership. This will pop up new window that will display your client's membership period and payments. The 'pencil' icon allows you to edit one charge and payment period. The edit link on the top part allows you to edit the whole membership charge and payment terms:
Skip charges, scheduled payments and allocated credits:
Hit the red 'X' button (example below), then you'll have these options to choose from:
- Skip membership credits between dates....
- Skip both payment and charge
- Skip payment only
