From your smartphone or tablet device using the PTminder App, 'Check ins' are a quick way to keep track of which clients attended your group classes as they walk in the door.
Pull up your list of clients booked in for the class and mark their attendance with a simple thumbs-up or thumbs-down button next to their name. This way when it comes to reconciling later on, most of the work is already done for you without having to remember who attended.
From any upcoming or past Class bookings, tap on the event to bring up the 'Check in' button:
Then simply give each client a thumbs-up or a thumbs-down.
Later on, when you Reconcile the class, the clients will already be marked as either 'Attended' or 'Missed'.
